500 grams of beef mince
1/2 tablespoon of tomato sauce
1/2 tablespoon of djion mustard
2 Weet-bix blended
Pinch of salt and pepper
- This is one of my go to recipes for a Friday night BBQ. Add some avocado and beetroot on a brioche bun (my favourite from Aldi) and you're in for a good weekend. First take your weet-bix and blend them in a food processor until it becomes fine.
- In a bowl, mix in the blended weet-bix, sauces, salt and pepper with the beef mince. At this point you can also add in your own herbs, I prefer a dash of rosemary and some chilli flakes to give it a kick. You can use your hands or you also pop it in a food processor to combine.
- Take a handful of your meat mixture and flatten into your desired sized burgers. Cook on the BBQ or fry pan until cooked through.
- Top burgers with any toppings and enjoy!
